Raw honey is neither filtered nor pasteurized so that it retains all of its natural flavors and health benefits. It goes directly from our hives, through a coarse strainer, and into the bottles.
Note: Raw honey will crystallize over time. Eat as is or warm gently in tap-hot water to return to liquid state.

A customer favorite available only at farmers' markets.
We harvest bee pollen from our hives in Woodville. Customers love our bee pollen for its amazing health benefits and the fight against seasonal allergies. Add a 1/4 teaspoon daily to your yogurt, smoothie, or even your coffee.
Note: Our pollen is fresh and not preserved in any way. It should be kept in the fridge for short-term storage (1-2 weeks) or in the freezer for indefinite storage.
When we harvest honey from our hives, we cut the wax cappings from the honey comb. The raw wax is rinsed then melted and filtered in our solar wax melter. Use a small bar around the house to lubricate zippers, waterproof boots, maintain wooden cutting boards, or rust-proof tools. A large one-pound block is best for you crafters making wraps, balms, and candles.
We use our own harvested beeswax to produce our lip balm. We intentionally keep the ingredients list simple, so it's as natural a product as possible: beeswax, organic shea butter, organic coconut oil, and pure Vitamin E oil.
Made to order and fully customizable to meet your needs. Want a little of everything or a lot of one thing? Just let us know!
A typical basket could hold a 1/2 lb. honey, 1/2 lb. maple cream, 1 half-pint maple syrup, a 4 oz. bag maple candy or nuts.
All of our pure maple syrup has the same amount of sugar and all of it comes from the same trees. Environmental factors are what change the color and flavor profiles throughout the season. Everyone's palette is unique in how we pick up different notes - vanilla in Golden or molasses in Very Dark. Sampling our syrup at farmers markets is the best way to know what syrup is right for you. Mixing cocktails? Many customers choose Golden or Amber. Pouring over French toast or cooking? Many customers choose Dark or Very Dark.
